Mind-Body-Soul Self-Care
This class is designed for those who want to make self-awareness and self-care practices a priority in their daily schedules! We will spend 10 weeks discussing Social, Physical, Mental, Vocational, Spiritual, and Emotional Self-Care. You will be fully equipped with breathing exercises, yoga sequences, mindfulness, meditation, and so much more.
The Mind-Body-Soul class will be once a week for 10 weeks. Most classes are on Wednesday with the exception of 2 in February and all classes are 5:30-7 pm.
