Self-care means taking time for yourself and making yourself a priority! Finding ways to care for yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

Often times we associate self-care with purchasing something for ourselves or planning a trip without the kids or let's face it sometimes without our significant other. The truth is self-care can mean a lot of things. Taking a walk alone, finding a nice quiet place to journal or simply think, taking a nap, and baking cookies only for YOU! It means loving who you are, forgiving yourself, setting boundaries we have failed to set because it just seems so difficult.

When we loose site of what it means to care for ourselves it can begin to take a toll on our mind and bodies. Many struggle with anxiety, depression, lack of sleep, and more.  
During private sessions we will address the specific therapeutic needs with a customized plan of yoga asanas (postures), breathing, relaxation, meditation, and routine. I look forward to helping you identify what is amazing about you and what tools will help you achieve your goals.

This class is designed for those who want to make self-awareness and self-care practices a priority in their daily schedules! We will spend 10 weeks discussing Social, Physical, Mental, Vocational, Spiritual, and Emotional Self-Care. You will be fully equipped with breathing exercises, yoga sequences, mindfulness, meditation, and so much more.
